The main house (896 square feet), strategically located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a 414 sq. ft. garage, received a 639-square-foot ADU on the second floor. For this purpose, 215 square feet were added to the rear of the garage on the first floor, which was converted into a JADU. We went from one unit to three units on the same property!
